  Very satisfied customer - My wife and I purchased Bosch Stove in November. Once it was installed, we noticed the unit would not perform a delayed cook. We had previously registered the warranty with the Bosch US factory folks. We called the Bosch factory folks and explained the problem. They referred us to the warranty support company, Appliance Genius, located just south of Houston. Jeremy, with AG responded and confirmed the problem. He then coordinated with the Bosch factory warranty folks and had them ship a replacement PC control board. Today Jeremy completed the installation of the PC board. The Bosch unit now works and performs all the features. We are very impressed with the professional manner in which we were treated by the Bosch factory folks. We are also pleased with the efficient way in which AG responded to our problem as well as the quick resolution they provided. We would recommend AG to any consumers desiring a professional repair service.
